Installation involves firstly turning off the water supply leading up to the existing tap on the sink where the system will be installed. If there isn’t a shutoff valve under the sink to allow this, locate the mains outside the building and turn it off there instead. It’s a good idea run the tap for a while afterwards before you disconnect the hose to get rid of water in the system as well.
The end result is pictured below. The inlet hose to the water filter is connected into the cold water hose leading to the existing sink tap, and the outlet hose from the filter is leading to a new faucet on the sink to dispense the filtered water.

Start by drilling a 12 mm hole where you want the faucet to go on the sink.

Alternatively an L Bracket is also provided to allow mounting the gooseneck faucet onto a vertical surface to suit other situations.

Fit the faucet though the hole, and screw the locknut into place underneath to secure it to the sink.

Then use the plastic joiner to connect the filter outlet hose to the new faucet.

Disconnect the cold water hose from the shutoff valve under the sink and wrap the outlet in new thread sealing tape ready for the hexagonal joining piece.

Use plenty of thread sealing tape on the hexagonal joining piece, as well as all threaded connections.

Then tighten the joining piece into place on the shutoff valve with a spanner.
Give the ballcock valve (the piece with the red handle) a liberal wrap of thread sealing tape, and screw tightly it into place into the side of the hexagonal joining piece.

Now attach the EZEK inlet hose to the ballcock valve.

Mount the filter base in a suitable position on the side of the cabinet.

Attach the inlet hose from the ballcock valve to the EZEK filter, and the outlet hose up to the new faucet.

Now reattach the cold water hose from the existing sink tap to the remaining end of the hexagonal joining piece, and tighten with a suitable spanner.

Now turn the shutoff valve back on or the mains as applicable and check for leaks. If any are found, turn the shutoff valve off again, redo the offending connection with more thread sealing tape and try again.
It’s recommended to run the water through the new filter system for a few minutes to wash out any particles that may have come loose post-manufacture. If no water comes out, check that the ballcock valve is in the open position.

It is normal to get a bit of extra air at this time which may give the water a milky appearance but that’s nothing to worry about and it will go away in time.
