Warranty and Returns

Refunds on change of mind purchases

  1. i‑LAN Water Solutions agrees to refund a purchaser for a change of mind purchase under the following conditions:

    a. The purchaser returns the products within 14 days of purchase
    b. An original tax invoice is produced
    c. The product is unused and in original condition
    d. i‑LAN Water Solutions reserves the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee to cover any damage to the original packaging or missing parts etc.

Warranty

  1. i-LAN Water Solutions warrants its goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, service and conditions, and to be in compliance with all applicable regulations.
  2. i-LAN Water Solutions agrees to carry out any necessary repair or replacement of defective parts or flaws in workmanship, for a period of one (1) year, for the water filtration system, EZEK AQUA-250B/BU, Clean Pure RO systems and ALYA RO systems, commencing from the date of purchase from a registered reseller or distributor by the user.
  3. If filter cartridges are replaced at the recommended intervals for the water filtration systems following the first year, i‑LAN Water Solutions agrees to extend the above warranty for one (1) extra year.
  4. This warranty covers: the assembly base, the inlet and outlet tubing, connectors between the inlet and outlet, the gooseneck faucet, the supplied joiner and ballcock valve.
  5. For filter cartridges and other consumable items, the warranty is fourteen (14) days, commencing from the date of purchase from a registered reseller or distributor by the user.
  6. If certain replacement parts are no longer available, i‑LAN Water Solutions reserves the option to replace with alternative products or parts, or to pay the purchaser a reasonable amount, with an upper limit to the purchased price.
  7. i-LAN Water Solutions reserves the right to charge customers a fee for repair or supply of replacement parts for products damaged outside of the warranty terms.
  8. This warranty does not cover installation, labour, storage and freight costs, or consumable parts such as filter cartridges.
  9. This warranty will become void for what is deemed excessive usage or if the product is used in one of the following situations: installed on a water supply other than that from municipal water authorities, inlet water temperature beyond the one specified in the user manual, water pressure above 500 kPa (72 psi), commercial or industrial environment, poor or incomplete installation, deferred filter replacement, unauthorised modification, damage caused in transit, damage caused by natural disaster, act of God, war, or similar causes.
  10. The customer should present a valid invoice as a proof of purchase date. The vendor reserves the right to decline a warranty claim or a return request without such invoice or proof of purchase.
